Mr. Henderson’s IT career began in the early ’70s and includes time working in the federal government, healthcare, and the software industry. Jon has compiled a long list of technical and managerial accomplishments over the years. He has personally implemented major mainframe hardware and software systems and served as a trusted adviser and gained respect as a featured speaker on various technologies around the globe.

In his COO role at CSI International, Jon is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company and for ensuring that CSI continues to deliver the best possible customer experience.  Jon has a unique combination of hands-on technical experience and multi-level managerial experience in IT, as well as 25 years of experience with various independent software vendors in marketing, development, sales, consulting, and leadership roles.  Jon joined CSI in 2007 and assumed the role of COO in 2009.
